Refund Policy of Virtual Employee Zone

At Virtual Employee Zone, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the highest quality service and support. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent, providing clear guidelines on how we handle contract termination and refunds.

Contract Termination

Either party—Virtual Employee Zone or the client—may terminate the contract by providing a written notice of 15 days to the other party. Should you require a longer notice period for the termination of the contract, we are flexible and can accommodate such requests. In this case, both you (the client) and Virtual Employee Zone would agree to a notice period of equal duration to facilitate a smooth transition.

Refunds Based on Employee Performance

Complete Refund: If you find that the performance of your assigned employee is wholly inadequate, Virtual Employee Zone will offer a complete refund. We strive to match you with the best talent, and if we fall short of meeting your expectations, we stand by our commitment to rectify the situation promptly.

Pro-Rata Refund: In instances where the employee’s performance is satisfactory but does not fully meet the levels anticipated by you or us, we will charge on a pro-rata basis for the days the employee worked. Any outstanding amount will be refunded to you accordingly. This ensures that you are only paying for the services received and not for any period where expectations were not met.

Employee Replacement: If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the assigned employee, we offer the option to replace the employee. Any outstanding funds can be credited towards the cost of the next employee. We believe in providing solutions that align with your needs and preferences.

Communication of Dissatisfaction

To benefit from the above refund and replacement options, it is essential that you communicate any dissatisfaction as soon as possible, preferably within the first week of employment. Timely feedback allows us to address issues swiftly and make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

If no communication of dissatisfaction is received within a reasonable period after the employee has commenced work, Virtual Employee Zone will not be able to question the employee’s ability or apply the aforementioned measures. In such cases, the standard notice period of 15 days, or 1.5 months (whichever notice period was opted for at the time of the initial payment), will be required to terminate our services.
